A qualified appointment means someone who has expressed genuine interest, confirmed they still need the service, has budget available, and can make decisions about hiring you. If we don't generate at least 3 of these appointments in 30 days, you don't pay anything.
Qualified means they:
- Still need the electrical work they originally inquired about
- Have budget available for the project
- Have a realistic timeline for completion
- Are the decision-maker or can connect you to one
- Have agreed to meet for an estimate or consultation
We'll assess your leads up front and give you an honest evaluation. If your leads are too old (3+ years) or too vague to be viable, I'll tell you before we start. The guarantee only applies when we both agree your leads have reactivation potential.
Most qualified appointments are generated within the first 2 weeks. The AI works systematically through your lead list, and interested prospects typically respond quickly. You'll get weekly progress reports showing exactly what's happening.
Because I'm confident in the system and I want to remove all risk for you. If the service doesn't work, you shouldn't pay for it. Performance-based pricing aligns my success with your success.
The Hybrid Package ($1,500 + $300 per appointment) is usually the better value because it includes a basic operational audit. This shows you additional AI opportunities beyond just lead reactivation. But if you prefer zero upfront risk, the performance-based option works too.
For performance-based pricing, you pay only after qualified appointments are delivered. For the hybrid package, the setup fee is due at start, and per-appointment fees are billed as appointments are generated.
The performance-based option caps at $5,000 (10 appointments). If we generate more, the additional appointments are free. For the hybrid package, you pay $300 for each qualified appointment with no cap.

Non-responsive leads go through a systematic follow-up sequence over 30 days. If they don't engage after multiple professional attempts, they're marked as inactive. We focus our energy on leads that show interest.
Absolutely. You'll approve all messaging templates before the campaign starts, and you'll receive copies of all communications. Full transparency is part of the service.
You keep all reactivated leads and ongoing relationships. We provide a complete report of all activities and results. Many contractors then engage us for ongoing AI optimization of their entire operation, but there's no obligation.
